The fee is based on the number of rooms to be cleaned, how often we clean and the number of pets and people living in your premises. The size and condition of your premises determines how long it will take to clean. Some premises require only maintenance cleaning. Others need more and take longer.

You can select as few or as many hours as you need, although the minimum is three hours.  You are responsible for providing all cleaning materials and equipment needed for the cleaning. However, we can also provide the cleaning materials for a small charge.

We will leave you with a checklist showing the services provided and you will also receive a customer satisfaction form to fill out, to help us maintain the high quality of our service.
