We keep in touch personally with all our customers. Our area managers and supervisors visit regularly. In addition, you can contact us by email, telephone number 020 8925 9204 or through the Unicorn on-site book, which is kept at your premises. Our Operations Manager is always available to handle your service requests.

We believe communication is essential for businesses. This is why every customer has a Unicorn operations manager to personally oversee their account. In addition we provide our clients with supervisors, as well as on-site books that allow both management and operatives to converse directly.

Our phone lines are open Monday to Friday 9.00am until 5.00pm. After office hours, at weekends and Bank holidays you may leave a voice message on our answering service and we will respond as soon as the office reopens.
